Church Exchange is built on trust between churches. These guidelines exist to keep our community healthy, respectful, and honoring to God.

🤝 Be Honest

Represent your church and your listings truthfully. Describe items accurately, including their condition. If something has a defect, say so. Honest communication builds lasting relationships between churches.

🙏 Be Respectful

Treat every church and every person on this platform with the same respect you would want for your own congregation. Respond to inquiries promptly and graciously, even if you are no longer interested in a transaction.

✅ Be Accurate

Keep your listings up to date. If an item has been sold or is no longer available, update or remove the listing. Outdated listings waste everyone's time and erode trust in the platform.

💛 Be Generous

Church Exchange was built on the belief that the Church is stronger when we share resources. Consider offering items for free or at reduced prices to smaller churches or ministries in need. A spirit of generosity strengthens the entire body.

🔒 Protect Your Information

Never share sensitive financial information through Church Exchange. All payments and financial arrangements should be handled securely and directly between parties. We do not process payments and are not responsible for any transactions.

🚫 Zero Tolerance

We have zero tolerance for fraud, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of any kind. Any user found engaging in these behaviors will be permanently removed from the platform.

📣 Report Concerns

If you see a listing or user that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at report@churchexchange.app. We review every report and take action quickly.
