Church Exchange is designed for use by churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations. By registering, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the church or organization you are creating a profile for.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your church profile and listings.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listings

• Listings must be for legitimate ministry equipment, resources, or materials.
• You must have the right to sell, donate, or trade the items you list.
• Prices and descriptions must be accurate and not misleading.
• Church Exchange is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
• We do not process payments — all transactions are handled directly between churches.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post listings or content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
• Violates any intellectual property rights.
• Contains offensive, hateful, or inappropriate material.
• Is unrelated to ministry or church use.
• Promotes commercial businesses unrelated to church ministry.

6. Verification

Church profiles are subject to review and verification by Church Exchange administrators. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or revoke verification status at any time. Verified status does not constitute an endorsement of the church or its listings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Church Exchange is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of items, or the conduct of any user. All transactions are at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Church Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transactions conducted through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Church Exchange after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
